Giving your characters.... CHARACTER! by Vinod Rams
In this 2 hour workshop, senior concept artist Vinod Rams will give you insight into giving your character designs real
personality and charm. Knowing your anatomy is only half the battle when it comes to character design, getting inside
your characters heads is how a good design becomes great. Vinod will go over topics like expressions, posing,
costume design, and the importance of selling your character to it's viewers.
There will be discussion, demo's, drawing (traditionally or digitally) and critiques.
What to bring: Please bring your sketchbook and drawing tools. Attendees are also expected to know how to draw the figure and understand the basics of human anatomy and perspective
Note: This ticket will also grant you access to his lecture and demonstration on Tuesday. If you plan on attending this course, it is highly recomended you attend his demo as well.
